Needed the 30K service on my 500X. Contacted this place and Fiat of Kirkland for pricing over the phone. Kirkland quoted me $650+tax and itemized the service which included spark plug replacement. Spoke to Samantha with this service department and the first thing she asked me was what size engine my 500X had. This was not brought up by Kirkland so I was surprised. She said the size engine determines whether spark plug replacement is required at 30K service. Luckily, my engine is 2.4 L which does not require that until 100K - she even emailed me manufacturer's service chart. So she quoted me $450+tax. Tacoma is much farther away from me than Kirkland, 43 miles more to be exact. So I called Kirkland back to say that my engine type does not require spark plug replacement until 100K but the service rep insisted that I need it at 30K. Needless to say, I chose to drive 43 additional miles to Tacoma and save $200. However, when I arrived in Tacoma, Samantha apologized that she misquoted me. I was ready to regret driving so far when she said.........my service cost would be substantially lower!!! It was $210+tax!!! WOW - told her I wasn't expecting that. I then asked her that if it still included oil+filter change to which she replied yes. I explained to her that I had purchased and oil+filter service agreement with the dealer that sold my Fiat. Without hesitation, she said that would even save me more money! The total came out to $130+tax. Thank you, thank you, Samantha!!!
Bought my Fiat 124 Spider from Fiat of Tacoma six weeks ago: one of the best purchase experiences I’ve had in 30 years. They were willing to locate the exact car I wanted, and I was able to agree on a price remotely. Weeks later, when I needed them to take care of some aftermarket items, they set up the appointment with the installer, and had a loaner vehicle ready!Special shoutout to John Valentine for a professional, excellent sales experience. If you are looking for a Fiat or Alfa Romeo, give them a call.

I have bought 30 vehicles over my lifetime: I was impressed with my experience with Fiat of Tacoma's and, in particular John's attention and straightforward approach throughout the entire process. If you are shopping for a vehicle give Fiat of Tacoma a shot.

After two years of use, my Fiat 500 needed a sensor replaced. The service department was quick to diagnose the problem, order the part in and do the replacement. Throughout the process Samantha kept me informed of the progress. I was delighted with the service and love my car.
I recently took my 2017 500 Pop in for scheduled service and received excellent service as usual. This was the first service for this car, it's my second Fiat 500, and I was happy to discover that this visit was free. I'm a long time customer as my first visit was a week after they opened, I've always been treated well in the past, given excellent service, even repairs that were not warranty related were done quickly and at reasonable cost. Samantha, the Service Concierge, is always efficient, cheerful and thorough. If you've had poor experiences elsewhere, Fiat of Tacoma could possibly change your mind about dealerships!
